An American man has been lucky enough to win the huge lottery twice.



According to foreign media reports such as CNN on the 31st of last month, Kevin Miller, a man living in Montague, Massachusetts, USA, won $1 million (about 1.3 billion won) in a lottery organized by the state authorities six years ago. Until then, I won the pension lottery 'Lucky for Life', which receives 25,000 dollars (about 32.7 million won) every year.



Instead of receiving his prize money every year, Miller is said to have chosen to receive a one-time payment of $390,000 in cash.



Previously, Miller won $1 million in the 'Cadillac Riches' lottery issued by the state of Massachusetts in 2016 as well.
