Turkish Defense Ministry: the first ship with grain will leave the port of Ukraine on the morning of August 1

The Ministry wrote about this on its social networks.

“The first ship will depart from the port of Odessa at 8:30,” RIA Novosti quotes a statement from the department.

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that two documents were signed in Istanbul on July 22 aimed at solving the problems of supplying food and fertilizers to world markets.

Later, the Russian Defense Ministry added that a joint coordination center had begun work in Istanbul in accordance with the initiative for the safe transportation of grain from Ukrainian ports.
