Conflict within the people's power over the leadership system has not subsided.

Debate continues over whether the leadership can be dissolved and an emergency response committee can be formed, and who must step down to do so.

Reporter Hwa Kang-yoon covered the story.

Today (30th), the first weekend after the 'internal gunshot' text was released, acting representative of the People's Power, Kwon Seong-dong, continued to worry without saying a word.

Earlier, 33 first-time lawmakers, nearly one-third of their members, issued a statement and demanded a transition to the non-substitute system.

Rep. Park Soo-young, based on the statement, asserts that if Acting Kwon resigns as acting or one of the remaining top members resigns, the non-commissioned member requirements can be met.

However, the party leadership is of the position that it is impossible for Acting Party leader Kwon to step down without resigning as the floor leader, and that at least three more top committee members must resign before becoming a non-captain.

Yesterday, acting Kwon said that he "sympathizes with the non-captaining transition", but the interpretation of the party constitution and party rules is still not settled.

The method and timing of a general meeting of members of the party to collect opinions within the party has not yet been decided.

In the midst of this, Kim Yong-tae, a member of the Youth Supreme Council, who was close to CEO Lee Jun-seok, made it clear that there was no resignation, saying, "Even if I will float away, I will not be broken."

[Kim Yong-tae / People's Power Youth Supreme Councilor: There are many procedural problems.

If you want to go as a non-captain, there is no other way than to amend the party constitutional rules.

Does it make sense that (the ruling party) goes to the non-captain at the beginning of his tenure?]

Representative Lee Jun-seok, who visited Daegu, said in a phone call with SBS that he was not the actor in relation to the formation of the non-captain, saying, "It is a matter for those who act actively to decide for themselves." I spared no words.
