Stockholm's pride festival usually attracts many participants, not least the big parade that goes through parts of the city.

After two years of corona restrictions, the festival and parade can now return in full scale again.

However, this year's festival is overshadowed by the fatal shooting in Oslo on the night of June 25, when two people died and 21 were injured.

The shooting happened the night before Oslo's pride parade was to be held.

Shortly after the shooting, a 42-year-old man was arrested and is now in custody for murder, attempted murder and terrorist offences.
