Alarms about the robbery came to the police at 08.30 on Friday morning - an 85-year-old man had been punched in the face and robbed on his bicycle.
During the morning, the police searched for the suspect and later in the afternoon they managed to arrest a 45-year-old man.
The man was arrested after pushing a 75-year-old woman off her bicycle - where he also had the stolen bicycle with him.
The man is now suspected of robbery and assault.
