  According to public information, Jin Zhuanglong, born in 1964, is from Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. He studied winged missile design at Beihang University. Later, he obtained a master's degree in engineering from Shanghai Institute of Aerospace Technology and a doctorate in industrial economics from Fudan University.

  From June 1989, Jin Zhuanglong began to work in the Eighth Design Department of the Shanghai Space Administration. Nine years later, in 1998, the 34-year-old Jin Zhuanglong became the director of the Shanghai Space Administration. One and a half years later, he also served as the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. Party members.
