The report says that on July 29, employees of the FSB department for the Trans-Baikal Territory detained Moskvitin as part of the operational support of the criminal case.

According to Interfax, Moskvitin has been serving in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkiria since 2019, before that he worked in the police of the Trans-Baikal Territory.

In early July, it became known that the assistant to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Sergei Umnov, the head of the traffic police department for St. Petersburg, Alexei Semenov, and the former deputy head of the St. Petersburg main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ivan Abakumov, were detained.
