Wei Danwen said in an interview with reporters that he hoped that more compatriots on both sides of the strait would gain emotional recognition through the sound of the piano through the music exchange between the two sides of the strait.

  [Commentary] Liu Rong is the secretary general of the Taiwan Artists Music Exchange Association. In 2014, he came to the mainland to develop. He is currently a violinist of the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra. Liu Rong told reporters that the event received warm responses from Taiwanese musicians. Young musicians from both sides of the Taiwan Strait formed the Cross-Strait Joint Symphony Orchestra to perform at the opening ceremony. He is also the head of the orchestra.
