MO: Terodefense fighters equipped ammunition depots in a dormitory building in Dnipro

The department noted that these facts demonstrate the Kyiv authorities' disregard for the norms of international humanitarian law. 

Earlier, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of Russia, said that Ukrainian nationalists occupied hospitals in different cities, placed military equipment and ammunition in buildings, and in Sumy a children's hospital is used for these purposes, the patients of which are forcibly kept by militants in the basement.
