Skogsröjet is a rock festival that is run by Rejmyre Music Association and is held deep in the forests of Östgöt, north of Finspång.

This year also marks the festival's 15th anniversary and bands such as Europe, WASP and The Hellacopters are expected to take the stage at the festival grounds in Rejmyre.

After two years of canceled concerts and festivals, this year several festivals believe in record sales.

And even if sales went well for Skogsröjet, they don't really believe in completely sold-out tickets this year.

- People might have already booked their holiday trip, plus all the events that have been canceled for two years, so many people are sitting on tickets that they might have booked two years ago.

Then there is a new wave of corona that is about to hit and many are more careful now, says festival general Stefan Englund.

"Says a lot about Rejmyre"

Stefan tells us that the festival is important to Rejmyre and that all the organizers and volunteers work voluntarily to get the festival in order.

If there is money left over, it then goes directly to associations and organizations in Rejmyre.

- We get this cohesion in the village.

890-900 people live here and there are 500 volunteers.

That says a lot about Rejmyre.

I am very proud.

And for those who run a business, it is "month 13".

On a weekend, it's an extra monthly sale for them, says Stefan Englund.
