"I don't want to say that the election is over," Donald Trump repeats in the video, modifying the speech written by his advisers several times.

“I just want to say that Congress has certified the results without saying the election is over.

It was the 8th hearing in six weeks on the Capitol Storm and the 2nd to air on prime time.
