“Introduce… an emergency regime in the forests located within the borders of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, and establish a regional level of response,” the document says.

According to the regional Department of Subsoil Use and Natural Resources, there are currently 23 forest fires in the Okrug on an area of ​​3,420 hectares, of which nine have been localized.
