Two tourists have been slightly injured this morning in Salou (Tarragona) when they received several
stab wounds by two other young people
who harassed them and tried to rob them and who have been arrested shortly after by the Mossos, Catalan police sources have informed Efe.
The event took place around seven in the morning on
Carles Buïgas avenue in Salou
, near a popular nightclub in the town, when two twenty-year-old men tried to rob the two tourists.
Given the resistance of the tourists, the assailants
have taken out a knife, with which they have attacked them
, causing minor injuries, although one of them has been transferred by the Medical Emergency System (SEM) to the Joan XXIII hospital in Tarragona .
After the attack, a Mossos patrol
has managed to arrest the aggressors
, who have been charged with a crime of attempted robbery with violence and intimidation, according to the same sources.
