The maritime police since driver's licenses for jet skis were introduced: "Not seen a single bus driving"

At the end of June, the coast guard carried out targeted checks throughout Sweden against jet skis.

They also feel that the disruptive driving has decreased.

- There are only a few who have not had a driver's license so far this summer, says Pär-Åke Eriksson, deputy operational manager at the Coast Guard.

The Coast Guard checked 120 drivers and only 14 drivers broke the rules.

Of these, five lacked a driver's license and 10 could not show ID.

One driver lacked both ID document and driver's license.

Also lake fills less common

According to the police, it is also rarer to have drunkards.

- Three years ago we found a lot of lake fillies, but this year it has been much calmer, says Herman Dahlqvist, marine police.
