“The head of state, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the invitation of the custodian of the two shrines, King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, arrived in Jeddah on an official visit,” RIA Novosti quoted Tokayev’s press service as saying.
It is noted that on July 23 and 24, the President of Kazakhstan plans a series of meetings with the top leadership and business circles of Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, Tokayev proposed to invite representatives of neighboring countries, including Russia and China, to meetings of Central Asian leaders.
