According to the expert, Russia has huge resources that allow it to survive in the face of unprecedented economic pressure and develop its own economy.

“The collective West is only now beginning to realize that it was buying most of its resources from Russia.

And it turned out that without Russian energy, food and fertilizer, the economic locomotives of Western Europe were on the brink of a financial abyss,” Balbek explained.

Experienced European politicians, one of whom is Viktor Orban, are aware of the deliberately unsuccessful outcome of the “sanctions war” with Russia, the expert believes.

“That is why the Hungarian prime minister went against his EU colleagues: Hungary is not the richest country in Europe, and the prospect of becoming even poorer is not encouraging,” the political scientist concluded.

Earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Orban said that the sanctions did not shake Russia.
