Maximum temperatures will reach between 32 and 37 degrees in the Mediterranean regions.

On the Grand Est side, scattered showers are expected.

Thirteen departments are placed under orange "heat wave" vigilance.

Maximum temperatures will reach between 32 and 37 degrees in the Mediterranean regions, locally 38 degrees in the Gard, and between 38 and 40 in the Var.

They will range from 22 to 25 degrees near the English Channel, from 26 to 31 degrees over most regions.

Scattered showers in the Grand Est

From the Great East to the Alps, the many clouds announce scattered showers during the afternoon on the border Alps, with the risk of thunderstorms, however less important than expected.

There is now no more storm orange vigilance, this notice having been withdrawn from the departments of Seine-Maritime, Eure, Somme and Oise on Friday afternoon.
