Two forty-year-olds were planning to quietly take advantage of their Saturday evening to accompany four children to the Nelson Mandela playground in Unieux (Loire).
They were the daughter of one of them, aged 7, as well as the nephews and nieces of the other, aged 7, 9 and 10.

, the two men aged 45 and 43 suffered an extremely violent attack on July 16, around 9 p.m., after having intervened to help a teenager.
“They wanted to come between a boy of about fifteen and four other young people who hit him”, testifies the companion of the father of the family.
The teenager took advantage of their intervention to flee from the group.
“A dozen young people aged around 16 to 20 then arrived and attacked my husband and his friend with bottles, and even with the scooters taken from the children,” she continues.
The blows are extremely violent, since the father of the family suffers from a burst spleen, as well as a broken finger, several stitches, and numerous bruises on the upper body and face.
“My husband kept yelling to call the police”
His friend has lost consciousness three times and has broken ribs and pneumothorax.
Six days later, the two victims are still hospitalized at Le Corbusier in Firminy (Loire).
They could return to their home this Friday.
"It was only at the end of the attack that a witness warned the emergency services, while my husband kept shouting to call the police", regrets the mother of the family.
Their 7-year-old daughter, in good health like the other children present, only discovered this attack after the attackers had left.
A complaint has been filed and the investigation, described as "priority" by the security brigade of the Firminy police station, is underway, in particular for the identification of the attackers.
