The parties also exchanged views on a number of topics on the international agenda of Putin's talks with foreign leaders, including in Tehran.

On July 11, Putin and Lukashenko discussed by phone the situation around the illegal restrictions imposed by Lithuania on transit to the Kaliningrad region. 

In early July, Lukashenko said that Belarus has supported and will continue to support Russia.
