BELTA: Lukashenka and Putin had a telephone conversation in the morning

This is reported by the agency BELTA.

On July 11, Putin and Lukashenko discussed by phone the situation around the illegal restrictions imposed by Lithuania on transit to the Kaliningrad region. 

In early July, Lukashenko said that Belarus has supported and will continue to support Russia.
