It is a residential and commercial building in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, China.

The child who was hanging on the 6th floor of the building couldn't stand it and eventually fell down.

A passerby, who was watching this, tried to ask for rescue, but was surprised and rushed to the scene.

The child bumped into the billboard once and fell again, throwing the phone that was being held by a passerby below and caught it with open arms.

The rescuers were local bank employees, who were returning to the office from work.

[Passenger/Child Rescue: I didn't even know where the phone went at the time.

I opened my arms to the child, but fortunately I got it.]

The two-year-old child stepped on a chair on the veranda while her mother was out for a while, and looked out of her window and found out that the accident occurred.

The child suffered bruises, but he was not seriously injured.

[Rescued child: (Do you remember who hugged you?) Mister.

(How did you hug him?) He hugged me like her mother.]

The main character who saved the child said that the child's name was coincidentally the same as his daughter's, and he said he was lucky that her child was safe.

[Seondong/Ai Gujo: I saw the report that the child’s name was ‘Shinshin’, but I guess it’s a relationship.

Her daughter's name is also 'Xinxin'.]

Tongxiang city authorities awarded the two passers-by who rescued the child a certificate saying they had acted righteously.
