“Tauber has been detained for 72 hours,” Mariana Kerpek, spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General’s Office, told TASS.
It is specified that earlier Tauber was deprived of parliamentary immunity after allegations of financial irregularities.
Previously, former President of Moldova Igor Dodon, who was under investigation, was extended his house arrest for another 30 days, until August 20.
