In the latest issue of the "Labour Market" magazine, which it issues monthly, the ministry clarified that the law places 11 obligations on the employer towards auxiliary workers, including providing the requirements for performing the agreed-upon work, creating a suitable place for the worker to live, and providing his needs for meals and appropriate clothes to perform the work. She pointed out that the employer must also bear the cost of medical treatment for the worker in accordance with the health system in force in the country, treat him well that preserves his dignity and body safety, and not employ him for others except in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the executive regulations of this law, as well as not to employ him in a profession different from The nature of his work except with his consent, and provided that it is one of the professions covered by this law.

The ministry stressed that the employer must also commit to ensuring the worker’s right to keep his own identification documents, in addition to the obligation to grant the heirs of the deceased worker during service the comprehensive wage for the month in which he died and any other entitlements to the worker, and that the employer himself or an intermediary does not receive any payment from the worker. Amounts or any consideration unless stipulated in this law, the executive regulations, or the contract form approved by the ministry, in addition to obligating the employer to notify the ministry of any breach by the worker of what is imposed by the legal regulations in force, with his commitment to what the ministry requires of him in these cases.

The ministry pointed out that the law and its executive regulations prohibit the assistant worker from using work tools outside the workplace without the approval of the employer, and keeping these tools in the places designated for them.

The assistant worker is also obligated to provide the necessary assistance and assistance in cases of disasters and threats to the workplace or the safety of those in it, and to work only under a work permit issued to him by the Ministry and in accordance with the terms of this permit, in addition to notifying the Ministry in the event of a change of residence recorded in the work permit during A period of time not exceeding seven days from the date of the change.
