“Thus, the European Union, with enviable persistence, continues to drive itself into a dead end,” Zakharova said.
She also drew attention to the fact that against the background of the obvious futility of the policy of pressure on Russia, “the disastrous consequences of the EU sanctions exercises for various segments of the global economy and security, including the EU member countries” are becoming more and more obvious.
Earlier it was reported that the European Union imposed sanctions against more than 50 individuals and legal entities from Russia.
