8 hours and 30 minutes, party leader Rasmus Paludan has calculated that it will take to bring out his party's message in so-called general gatherings in two places in Örebro on Friday.

But the police in Örebro chose to shorten the time to two hours on the grounds that they "based on previous experience" believe that it is a long enough time.

This is not a valid reason, according to the Administrative Court, and refers to the fact that the decision lacks legal support as it is formulated.

The police also changed the desired locations Vivalla and Oxhagen to Nygatan 11B in central Örebro - for security reasons.

On the other hand, it is a decision which, according to the Administrative Court, has support in the law even if it is believed that the motivation is "summary".

Now it is up to the police authority in Bergslagen to redo or supplement their handling.

Formally, the Administrative Court's decision means that Rasmus Paludan today does not have a permit to carry out his demonstration in Örebro on July 22, but the police tell SVT Örebro that they are working to get a permit ready in time.
