The Ministry of the Interior and Etisalat launch the Hassantuk application on smart phones

The General Command of Civil Defense at the Ministry of Interior and Etisalat Emirates launched the “Hassantak for Homes” application on phones, which is a smart interactive platform that contributes to enhancing the security and safety of individuals and property by facilitating control of the system and receiving a fire alarm at any place and time.


The application provides all the services related to participating in the management of the Hassantuk system for homes, which is a pioneering step at the level of smart services in the field of community security and fire prevention.

The application is characterized by its ease of use, as it allows smooth browsing, interaction, alerts and response to inquiries, in addition to the quick search feature, digital participation, and documenting the profile data of the citizen and resident.


The application allows the ability to monitor and control the system remotely, including early warning on the phone at any time and place. The (HASSANTUK) application can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play stores.


The Commander-in-Chief of Civil Defense at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Dr. Jassim Al Marzouqi, affirmed the ministry's keenness to provide a system of services that advance the lifestyles of the Emirati society, and to benefit from modern technologies and smart applications to improve the quality of these services in order to achieve strategic goals in enhancing security, saving lives, and protecting against fire, raising levels of performance and speed of response, in addition to achieving the goals of digital transformation plans.


For his part, the First Vice President of the Government Institutions Sector at Etisalat Emirates, Abdullah Ibrahim Al Ahmad, said, “Emirates Etisalat seeks to achieve leadership in the digital era of renaissance, and activate partnerships with government agencies to employ the latest solutions and smart services in the prevention and protection of society and individuals.

The launch of the Hassantuk smart mobile application, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, embodies our keenness to actively contribute to the development of our smart services and expand their scope in the areas of digital transformation to ensure the provision of the best services to society in accordance with the highest standards of protection and prevention.”
