The Head of State meets the French Prime Minister

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, met today with the Prime Minister of the French Republic, Elizabeth Born, as part of his state visit to France.

The two sides discussed - during the meeting, which took place at the headquarters of the French Prime Minister - the paths of cooperation and joint work between the two countries in various aspects within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership that brings them together.

His Highness and Elizabeth Born reviewed various aspects of cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and France and the promising opportunities available for both sides to develop them, especially in the economic, investment and development fields, as well as the environment, climate change, food security and sustainability, in addition to the fields of education, culture and advanced technology, which are a major supporter of national economies and an engine To accelerate sustainable development and progress in the two countries.

His Highness and the French Prime Minister also exchanged views on all regional and international events and developments, stressing in this context the two countries' support for everything that enhances the pillars of peace and stability for the peoples of the world and contributes to achieving their aspirations for prosperity, development and a future in which they enjoy coexistence, cooperation and security.

At the end of the meeting, His Highness the President of the State wrote a speech in the register of VIPs, in which he said: “I was pleased to meet Her Excellency Elizabeth Borne, the new French Prime Minister.. Solid relations of friendship and an ambitious strategic partnership of a special character that unites the two countries.
