On December 22, the Basmanny Court of Moscow authorized the arrest of Gafurov.
He is being accused in a murder-for-hire case (Part 2, Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia).
The PMC said that Gafurov does not plead guilty in the murder-for-hire case.
