"Human Resources and Emiratisation" rewards private companies with an 80% discount on fees and raises their rating

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has approved incentives and benefits for 16 private companies, including upgrading their classification to the first category of facilities in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, entitlement to reduce the fees of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation by up to about 80%.

The ministry explained that giving these companies the previous incentives and benefits comes in honor of them, after their success in achieving more than three times the Emiratisation target, in just two months.


The Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Dr. Abdul Rahman Abdul Manan Al Awar, affirmed that the UAE places economic development and the empowerment of human capital at the forefront of priorities to achieve its forward-looking vision for the next five decades in order to reach its goal of "building the best and most active economy in the world."

He explained that "the honoring of companies comes at a time when the state witnessed the launch of a series of initiatives and decisions and a package of laws and regulations to achieve a comprehensive development vision to enhance the business environment in the country and lay new foundations that contribute to the localization of jobs in the private sector, upgrading the capabilities of national competencies and cadres, and increasing the attractiveness of the labor market in The state and its ability to attract these talents through an integrated package of incentives and safety nets that support healthy and sustainable economic growth.”

He pointed out that honoring these companies that have achieved more than three times the Emiratisation target, which is 2% annually for skilled jobs in private sector establishments that have 50 or more employees, according to a Cabinet decision, "carries a special importance that stems from its consistency with the development model of the UAE, which it laid its foundations." The rational leadership rests on essential pillars, foremost of which is the full partnership between the public and private sectors to achieve the best economic and social returns and results, which is what the Ministry is keen on in its approach to the process of developing the business environment in the country and raising the levels of Emiratisation in the private sector.

He stressed that "this appeared through the decisions recently adopted by the Council of Ministers related to raising the rates of Emiratisation in the private sector and the unprecedented incentives provided to sector companies that achieve qualitative achievements in training and employing citizens, which contributes to achieving the objectives of "Nafis" and other relevant decisions that formed part of It is part of the legislative and legal structure that the UAE government is keen to constantly develop in order to respond to the priorities of the national economy.”
