His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, directed the granting of the "Esaad" discount card to categories of citizens of the Emirate of Dubai.
The categories include citizens who benefit from social benefits, military and civilian retirees from the government and private sectors, in addition to people of determination and senior citizens in the emirate.
