“After checking the Delivery Club company, Roskomnadzor revealed violations of Russian legislation in the field of personal data,” the department told TASS.

The protocol was drawn up according to Part 1 of Art.

13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia and involves punishment in the form of a fine of up to 100 thousand rubles.

Roskomnadzor had previously asked food delivery services Yandex.Food and Delivery Club for detailed information about possible leaks of couriers' personal data.

Later, the head of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications, Alexander Khinshtein, spoke about amendments to the bill on strengthening the protection of personal data, prepared for the second reading of the document.
