“Almost 5.5 thousand people were left without electricity in two cities of Primorye due to accidents caused by heavy rains.

There are about 500 people in Nakhodka, and about 5,000 in Partizansk,” he said.

According to him, at the moment, experts are eliminating the consequences of accidents.
