Zakharova said that the US Embassy in Ukraine issued a notice to American citizens in the country, which required them to immediately leave it, and also to avoid attending mass gatherings and public events, as "they can become military targets for the Russians."
“The US Embassy in Ukraine forgot to add that Washington is transferring American weapons to the Kyiv regime, the use of which provokes the prolongation of the conflict and the death of people,” the diplomat wrote.
Earlier, Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov said that the continued supply of weapons to Ukraine by the United States increases the threat of further escalation.
According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, the West intends to provoke Kyiv "to fight to the last Ukrainian."
