Noura Al Kaabi attends the opening of the 23rd edition of the International Art Fair "Milan Triennale"

Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Youth, witnessed the inauguration of the 23rd International Art Exhibition "Trenal Milan", which is being held this year under the theme "The Unknown Unknown: An Introduction to Mysteries", under the supervision of astrophysicist and CEO of Diversity of the European Space Agency, Arcela Vaudo. Al Kaabi and the accompanying delegation met with a number of official figures present at the exhibition, where the opening ceremony was held at the Triennale's main theater, in the presence of His Excellency Luigi Di Maio, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, His Excellency Elena Bonetti, Minister of Family and Equal Opportunities in Italy, and His Excellency Maja Gojkovic, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia, Andrzej Krest, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic, as well as Giuseppe Sala, Mayor of Milan, Carla Morogalo, Director General of the Triennale, Attilio Fontana, President of the Lomardi Region, and Dimitri Kerkenzis, Secretary General of the International Bureau of Exhibitions And Benedita Mirales Tagliabue, President of the Jury of the Bee Awards. After the opening, Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi held a meeting with Stefano Boeri, President of the Milan Triennale, to discuss ways of cooperation in the fields of art and culture. At the same time, the ministry delegation visited the Marangoni Fashion Institute, which recently opened a branch in Dubai, after branches in Milan And Firenze, Paris and London, to start offering specialized courses in fashion and fashion design in the country, as it prepares to receive the first batch of students next September.

Noura Al Kaabi said: The Milan Triennale is one of the most prominent contemporary cultural and artistic events that celebrate contemporary design and arts, and the beauty of what we are witnessing this year is the merging of sciences and arts and an attempt to explore the many mysteries contained in the installations and artworks displayed and their connotations.

She added that the exhibition gives the opportunity to see the works of artists, architects, designers, writers and musicians in one place, thanking the organizers for their efforts, which were reflected in all the corridors and corners of the exhibition, which collected distinguished works from all over the world.

She added that culture constitutes a fundamental and authentic link that links and expresses peoples and human civilizations, and the Milan Triennale joins the constellation of global events that contribute to strengthening these human ties, especially as it includes works from different countries, including Japan, the United States of America, Turkey, Italy and others.
