All the windows of the 9-story building were destroyed in the bombing, and vehicles parked in front of the building were burned to the point of being unrecognizable.

The Russian military missile strike was carried out on an office complex in Vinnitsa City, located in central western Ukraine, and a nearby residential building yesterday (14th) around 11 am local time.

Vinnica is the largest city in Ukraine with a population of 370,000, but it is far from the capital Kiu and Donbas.

Ukrainian President Zelensky has criticized the attack on civilians in a city off the front line, calling it an open act of terrorism.

[Volodimir Zelensky/President of Ukraine: This is an act of terror that only Russia commits.

These are not people.]

The Russian military has not taken any position on the attack, but a representative of the Russian state broadcaster RT said that the Russian military had attacked the building where the Ukrainian Nazi forces were staying.
