People's Power Acting Party Representative Kwon Seong-dong brought up the theory of responsibility of former President Moon Jae-in.

In 1999, when he was a lawyer, he said that we should embrace the Chinese who murdered our people warmly, and 20 years later, he denounced North Korean defectors as murderers and forcibly sent them back to North Korea.

The ruling party members also launched a general offensive.

Rep. Tae Young-ho argued that 10 North Korean defectors have settled in South Korea after committing serious crimes such as murder since 1997.

The Democrats responded that it was a security bureaucracy and a political operation.

Chairman Woo Sang-ho of the emergency response said that if it was a crime against humanity, why did he stand still three years ago?

Yoon Geon-young, who served as the head of the National Affairs Office of the Blue House, responded that it was necessary to thoroughly investigate who was behind the National Intelligence Service, the Ministry of Unification, and the prosecution, which act like a script, saying that the presidential office needs a state investigation and a special prosecutor.

Park Soo-hyun, former senior presidential secretary for public communication at the Blue House, also emphasized that there is no problem with the decision to repatriate to North Korea, saying that both the North Korean Refugee Act and the Refugee Act may not decide serious non-political criminals as subjects of protection.
