The financial entity, together with the rehabilitation agent Agentia R+, offers neighborhood communities a turnkey service to rehabilitate buildings and their homes, which includes everything from the initial feasibility analysis for energy rehabilitation to the financing of the works.

Component number 2 ('Housing rehabilitation and urban regeneration plan') corresponds to 6,820 million, and within it is the 'Rehabilitation Program for Economic and Social Recovery in Residential Environments', which represents close to 5% of the total funds, with 3,420 million.
