About a year ago, the boy appeared in a police investigation into attempted assault, according to prosecutor Andreas Nyberg

- The investigation was led by the police and the social services were informed after the investigation was completed, he says to SVT.

On Wednesday, the municipality reviewed available documentation about the teenage boy.

Earlier on Wednesday afternoon, it was unclear whether the school or school staff were aware of the criminal investigation.

- I am not sure that we have received information about it, that it concerns this student.

I have not seen that in this material either, says Henrik Bolin.

So it may be that the school has not been told?

- We have not found it in documentation.

It is good to have available information when to act, Henrik Bolin answers.

There was a need for support and help

Based on the school's official documents, it is not possible to see if the staff have talked to each other about the boy's behavior.

- If it has been raised internally, it is nothing we have seen at the moment based on the documentation that is available, says Henrik Bolin.

- We have measures with all children who need support and help.

And we see that in the documentation around this student as well.

- I find nothing that I feel is missing in the work around this student.

There has been a wealth of information that it has been alerted.

- I do not find it in documentation and not even when I talk to the principals who have been in contact with the student, we have found something like that.

If it appears in such a case, it would be interesting to see what has been alerted, to whom, what context, in what way?

I have no answers there today, says Henrik Bolin.

Could it have been that there have been misconceptions?

- Yes, it can be.

Or as you are aware that someone has talked to someone about this.

And it has as it were not the formal paths in such a case.

But then I just speculate.

Have you not had time to talk to teachers?

- It is a bit difficult right now to get a grip on teachers, but it should go through the principals.

So we will have to investigate this in more detail in the future.

The social services are investigating

At the social services, the unit manager Anette Stenmark can not comment on whether the boy has previously been investigated.

They will now investigate whether there has been information that should have led to a case being initiated.

- We always look at it and think about what assessments we have made before and what went right and what went wrong, says Anette Stenmark to SVT.

- We have a reporting obligation in accordance with Lex Sarah if something has gone wrong.
