The Quartet Talks on Ukrainian Grain Exports Reached Agreement on Various Issues and Will Set Up a Coordination Center in Istanbul

  On the 13th local time, Turkish Defense Minister Akar said that during the four-party talks on Ukrainian grain exports held in Istanbul that day, Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement on technical issues such as joint control of port entry and exit, and ensuring the safety of transit routes.

  In addition, the parties agreed that a focal point will be established in Istanbul, with the participation of their respective representatives.

Akar revealed that the Ukrainian and Russian delegations will meet again in Turkey next week to review all the details before signing the relevant agreement.

  The delegations of Turkey, Russia and Ukraine and UN officials held four-party talks on Ukrainian grain exports at the Krand military hostel in Istanbul on the 13th to discuss how to safely transport the grain and food stranded in Ukrainian ports through sea transportation channels.
