According to him, all foreign mercenaries sentenced to death in the DPR have filed appeals.

Pushilin added that if the court finds the punishment appropriate, the cases will be transferred to the executive service in order to implement the sentence. 

“(The death penalty) is provided for by shooting,” the head of the DPR specified.

Earlier it was reported that a decision on the appeals of foreign mercenaries sentenced to death by the court of the Donetsk People's Republic would be made within a month.

On June 9, a court in the Donetsk People's Republic issued death sentences to British citizens Sean Pinner and Aiden Eslin, as well as Saadun Brahim, who fought on the side of Ukraine.
