The ministerial decision stated that in the case of works in which it is imperative for technical reasons to continue the work without stopping, the employer is obligated to provide cold drinking water in proportion to the number of workers and the conditions of safety and public health, and to provide perfusion means and materials such as salt, lemon and other things that are approved for use by the health authorities in the country In addition to first aid means and materials at the work site, appropriate industrial cooling means, and finally umbrellas from direct sunlight.

The decision confirmed that the employer is the main responsible for the violation of the employment of workers during the ban period, as well as everyone who uses a worker who is not legally allowed to use him, calling on community members to contact the call center on the toll-free number 80060 to report any case violating the decision.
