The Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Dr. Abdul Rahman Abdul-Manan Al-Awar, issued a decision to reorganize the criteria of the “Resettlement Partners Club”, according to which he defined the criteria, conditions and procedures for affiliation with the club.

According to the decision, the previous three categories of membership of the "Localization Partners Club", which are silver, gold, and platinum, were replaced with one membership.

In accordance with the new criteria stipulated by the resolution, establishments classified in the first category within the “Establishments Classification System” are granted membership if they meet one of two criteria: raising the Emiratisation rates annually at a rate of no less than three times the target, so that the number of appointed citizens is not less than 30 additional citizens; The other criterion, in cooperation with the Emirati Competitiveness Council (Nafes), is the recruitment and training of at least 500 nationals annually.

The Ministry's Assistant Undersecretary for the Employment of National Human Resources, Farida Al Ali, said that the decision is in line with the decisions recently adopted by the Council of Ministers regarding raising Emiratisation rates in the private sector and motivating companies that achieve qualitative achievements in training and employing citizens, which contributes to achieving the objectives of the Emirati Competitiveness Council. .

The club, which is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, aims to raise Emiratisation rates in private sector facilities in line with the government's objectives, and motivate strategic partners to formulate policies to contribute to improving the participation of Emirati cadres in the private sector, in addition to motivating companies to join the "Nafis" program. and other government initiatives and contribute to their activation.

Al Ali stressed the importance of the club, "as it is one of the most prominent forms of partnership between the public and private sectors, as it is a platform for consultation and exchange of experiences, expertise and practices in training and employing Emirati cadres in the private sector, which provides various job opportunities thanks to the economic growth experienced by the state."

The ministry will conduct a periodic inspection of the club's member facilities, in order to cancel the membership of any facility proven not to comply with the two standards.
