While negotiations on the composition of the National Assembly have been circulating, the People's Power floor leader Kwon Seong-dong and the Democratic Party floor leader Park Hong-geun met at the National Assembly presided over by National Assembly Speaker Kim Jin-pyo at 11 am today (12th).
Chairman Kim, who presided over the meeting, said, "It is necessary to take measures against the economic crisis."
Park Hong-geun, floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, said, "As the ruling party has unlimited responsibility, I believe that if we make major concessions and cooperate, we can start working on the composition of the House and various legislative tasks even today."
Kwon Seong-dong, floor leader of the People's Power, countered, saying, "I can't understand why the formation of a special judicial reform committee that completes the 'examination and overhaul' bill without justification should become an obstacle to the standing committee."
