China News Service, July 12. According to Kyodo News, the funeral of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will be held at the Zenjoji Temple in Tokyo on the afternoon of the 12th local time.

The current Prime Minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida, will attend.

  After the funeral, the car transporting Abe's body will drive in front of the Prime Minister's official residence, the National Assembly Hall, and the Liberal Democratic Party headquarters.

Afterwards, farewell parties will be held in Tokyo and Abe's hometown, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

  Prior to this, Zengjoji held a vigil on the 11th, and about 2,500 people including politicians, businessmen and foreign dignitaries, including Fumio Kishida, attended.

  On the 8th, Abe was shot while giving a speech in Nara, and died after being sent to the hospital for rescue at the age of 67.
