As a result of the strike, more than 300 nationalists were killed," ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said in a statement.
In addition, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched pinpoint strikes on the locations of the national battalions and foreign mercenaries in Kharkov.
According to the Ministry of Defense, about 250 militants were killed as a result of the strikes.
