  It is understood that from day to night on the 10th, heavy precipitation occurred in most of Yinchuan City in Ningxia, the east of Shizuishan City, the north and east of Wuzhong City, the west and south of Zhongwei City, and the south of Yuanzhou District of Guyuan City.

The maximum accumulated precipitation was 123.8 mm in Hanbeibao Village, Malianqu Township, Litong District, Wuzhong City, and the maximum hourly rainfall was 57.3 mm in Shanshuigou Village, Guoqiao Township, Litong District, Wuzhong City.
