Rivers, Fenhe, Jinghe, Beiluohe, Weihe, Daqinghe, Ziyahe, Zhangweinan Canal and other rivers in the Haihe River Basin will experience flooding, and some medium and small rivers in the rainstorm area may experience excessive flooding.

  According to the "Ministry of Water Resources Emergency Response Work Regulations for Flood and Drought Disaster Prevention", the Ministry of Water Resources launched a flood defense level IV emergency response for Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces at 12:00 on July 10, and issued a notice requesting relevant regional water resources departments. Work with the Yellow River Water Conservancy Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources and the Haihe Water Conservancy Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources to strengthen organization and leadership, pay close attention to changes in rainwater conditions, strengthen monitoring and forecasting, consultation and analysis, and on-duty duty, focus on strengthening reservoir safety during flood season and scientific dispatch, and earnestly manage small and medium-sized rivers.
