“We need to upgrade our units, replace them and reshuffle, because we have heavy losses,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

He also said that the Ukrainian army needs the supply of new armored vehicles and weapons from their Western partners.

“We need to rebuild some areas, upgrade fortifications and plan a new operational strategy,” he stressed.

Reznikov also noted that Javelin and NLAW short-range missile systems have ceased to be a priority equipment, now long-range artillery installations are needed for Kyiv.
