　　The Changchun People's Procuratorate charged: From 2001 to April 2020, the defendant, Sun Lijun, served as the deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, the director of the General Business Department of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the deputy director of the General Office of the Ministry of Public Security, and the domestic security officer. The director of the Security Bureau, the member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, the deputy minister, etc. have the convenience of their positions, as well as the convenient conditions for the formation of their powers and positions, to provide assistance to relevant units and individuals in matters such as business operation, job adjustment, and case handling, directly or through others. Received property, a total of more than 646 million yuan.

In 2018, at the request of others, Sun Lijun instructed the relevant personnel to continuously buy and sell through the advantages of concentrated funds, which affected the stock trading price and trading volume. The circumstances were particularly serious.

Sun Lijun also violated gun management regulations and illegally possessed 2 guns.

The procuratorate requested that Sun Lijun be held criminally responsible for the crime of accepting bribes, manipulating the securities market, and illegally possessing firearms.

　　During the trial, the procuratorate presented relevant evidence, the defendant Sun Lijun and his defender cross-examined, the prosecution and defense fully expressed their opinions under the auspices of the court, and Sun Lijun made a final statement and pleaded guilty and repented in court.

　　At the end of the trial, the court announced an adjournment and sentencing on a scheduled date.
