“It has been reliably established that, at the direction of Western curators, the Ukrainian authorities issued an order to carry out punitive raids in Nikolaev in order to identify and subsequently publicly punish pro-Russian citizens, as well as persons who are dissatisfied with the policies of the Kyiv regime,” the report says.
According to the department, for this purpose, employees of the SBU and up to 500 militants of the Tsunami nationalist battalion arrived in Nikolaev from Kyiv, Odessa and Lvov.
Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian nationalist battalion "Kraken" refused to follow the order of the command and advance from Kharkov to Pokrovskoye.
Before that, it was reported that in the Kharkiv region, the Kraken militants were conducting punitive raids.
